Bergs pots are naturally frost strong due to the high quality of the unglazed clay. With proper care, they can withstand many cold winters.

You can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (plants excluded). If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Expect your refund within two weeks of handing your package to the shipper, though it often arrives sooner. This timeframe includes transit, processing, and your bank’s processing time. To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the item, and we’ll provide quick instructions for returning your order.

We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely at your door. However, sometimes the journey can be a bit rough. If your order arrives damaged, please share photos of the packaging and the product. This will help us quickly process a credit or send a replacement. Thank you for your understanding!

We don’t believe in shipping plants because it is traumatic and damaging to them. We have a wide selection of houseplants in our shop and we offer expert potting services starting at $2 (depending on plant and planter sizes).
