You can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (plants excluded). If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Expect your refund within two weeks of handing your package to the shipper, though it often arrives sooner. This timeframe includes transit, processing, and your bank’s processing time. We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely at your door. However, sometimes the journey can be a bit rough.
