My passion for nature began when I was a teenager, mowing the lawn on hot summer days and gardening with my parents in the evenings. There is nothing like a perfect, freshly picked, beefsteak tomato!

Then, I was off to college to study psychology. I remember filling my tiny dorm room with plants, including a rather fussy Ficus Benjamina! I married my college sweetheart, moved to NYC and began my fashion career as a merchandiser at Bloomingdale's, J. Crew, and Michael Kors. In my spare time, I studied Interior Design at NYSID. Soon after, we moved to the "burbs" and I landed a job as a merchandiser/designer at a Bath & Kitchen Design Center.

So, how do all these dots connect? My love for psychology fuels my passion for mental health AND my background as a merchandiser and designer taught me to curate beautiful spaces.

In 2018, just before the pandemic, I decided to combine all my skills and passions to launch Moss & More. I believe houseplants bring life and serenity to our spaces, which is essential for our well-being. In a world where mental health is an ever-growing challenge, it’s vital to slow down and reconnect with nature.
